#OTD February 2, 1777, George Washington, sent a letter to Gov. Nicholas Cooke, warning him of repercussions if enlistment quotas weren’t met, the state would have to fight the British alone. Thus, in 1778, RI legalized enlisting enslaved Black men in place of their slaveholders.

@BeOurGuestMike I wish this was an add on for fastpass+. It makes way more sense. Fastpass was a way to keep people out of line and into the shops and restaurants. The value to the customer was less wait time, for Disney it was more products sold. Give us 3 or 4 and then pay for more.
