@matthewfacy@CraigEtherton It's corrupt and unfair. But it's always been like that. However, no one can buy the meds if everyone is jobless and can't pay taxes enough to support paying the prices. Anyway, it's 2am, got to be up in five hours and it'll go nowhere ππ
@matthewfacy@CraigEtherton If you don't understand the parallels in the metaphor/example I used then turn off social media and read a few books π hope you don't catch covid
@matthewfacy@CraigEtherton Or if you had the flu and sneezed badly in a busy bus full of people, half have had the flu jab. There's less people likely to get it, or get it as badly if they've had a flu jab. But if everyone on the bus is jabbed, then that's a good thing.
@matthewfacy@CraigEtherton Or if you had flu, and I had a flu jab, it decreases my risk of getting the flu by around 50%... Which also means I then don't pass it onto my family and others.
@triggerlovesyou Nope. It just helps top you up. When you have flu, you don't take one aspirin and one sip of night nurse on the first day do you? This is a very fast mutating virus, so the booster is to help top up the bits that cN help fight against it and help lessen the impact.
@biohackeruk What will eventually happen is, the virus will continue to mutate because of non vaccinated people who also don't wear masks etc. And long term, it'll end up just affecting mainly those who do such things. Vast majority of deaths will be those who can't or won't get jabbed etc.
@DownieKeen I'm sorry your mum is ill and has had side effects. It's natural to feel scared and angry. I hope she recovers soon. For the vast majority there aren't any long term problems.
