@Delta I have not received an update. I did get a phone call fr a delta agent who provided me with 2,000 miles. That is the equivalent of $24 dollars. How insulting and embarrassing.

I will never recommend traveling with @Delta. My baggage was lost for four days in Europe and they have denied my entire claim for reimbursement. I spoke to many delta agents during my trip, provided empty promises and now a completely denied claim with a closed case.

@Delta Here is a screenshot from my chat on March 25th. I explained that the Delta agent sent my bags to Dublin instead of New York City. They didn’t make it to NYC and also didn’t make it to Dublin. I didn’t get a claim number, I actually got it for the first time today. I called daily

@Delta If you would like, I can send you a copy of the chat where the agent told me to submit my claim there. I then received a denial email, replied to explain that to them, and another email response with a denial. When I tell you I have spent 24 hours on this I’m probably not joking

@MarioFratto @Delta My husband just took a delta flight last month and the pilot was over on hours and he had to get off and sit in the airport for hours and hours. I even used my delta credit card and all of my miles for this trip! Hopefully someone here can help you Mario.
