Our new dev has been chosen and onboarded, this obviously took some time as we needed to fully vet and make sure the new dev is up to scratch and can be trusted handling the data and scale of what DUPE aims to be.

The bot is online! Copy trades are firing on uniswap, with banana/maestro routers slightly temperamental but should be fixed within the next week. If any of your TXs don’t fire then please DM the team with the details and we will troubleshoot for you.

TIMEFRAMES

We hope to have some NEW router updates and leaderboards V2 live by EARLY-MID OCTOBER. As discussed, we aren’t giving an exact timeframe from now on. But we are confident that updates will be rolling out around this time.

We are working out a plan of what to do in the meantime. This involves hiring a new CMO and updating the current roadmap on the website. Please refer to that to see how far we have come as the DUPE bot project.

Firstly, we’ve had a lot of internal chats, and have decided it’s best for Mike to take a step back from the project. He’s been an asset and worked extremely hard, but he will no longer be involved with DUPE.

We are also in the final stages of onboarding a new developer we have found who will be maining some of the development tasks with @fr0stydev’s support. After the new dev is caught up, frosty will take a backseat.

With these internal changes we are still confident we can build the bot out to what we have planned in our roadmap, though understandably there are going to be some delays.

If anyone has questions I am more than happy to answer, whether in here or in DMs 👍🏻

Hey fam!

Market is not favourable currently. As previously mentioned we have been busy at work improving the bot, upgrading our leaderboards and developing new features for you all to utilise and enjoy!

As Nova said in the VC the other night, we have been met with a minor issue with one of our API providers that we use to source PnL data for the wallets in our leaderboards.

We have been in conversation with this provider today and they have nearly resolved the issue relating to our API key. Because of this outage I have been busy over the last 24 hours developing our own custom PnL tracking algorithm to reduce the risk of relying on third party’s to source some of our data.

Ontop of this i have several new updates to the main $DUPE bot that are nearly ready to roll out once they pass our internal tests and KOL testing. We will delve deeper into these updates tomorrow morning giving a full update as to what's rolling out. As a little hint, some of the updates are fixing some small issues a few users have been having on certain routers, and once we roll these out we should have much better support for every type of trade across the ETH network.

We will also be dropping the DPW (Dupe public wallet) with a bunch of information regarding how thats going to integrate into our ecosystem, including details about future rev share plans and more!

🤖 DUPE Recap: 🤖

Whilst we gear up again for the leaderboards main release (next week) and push we want to provide an overview about DUPE since our relaunch 9 days ago.

V1 $DUPE hit an ATH of 1.2mil before we went down the relaunch route. Since then:

✅ 55% of V1 tokens were sent in, with most receiving the 20% bonus on V2 tokens for sending in on time.

✅ 2 utilities are live with great reception, the main DUPE bot for copy trading and the Analyser bot for scanning wallets under various metrics. 3rd utility (Leaderboards) dropping shortly. Read our gitbooks, we promise they will make you even more bullish on DUPE.

✅ Organic growth, onboarding new KOLs and DUPE users daily. We have recorded AMAs and community VCs with a lot of alpha being dropped.

✅ Drafted in our co-dev to help Frosty with the workload and fast track our development releases.

All users have been impressed by the speed and functionality of the DUPE bot. It has an avg TX speed of 12 seconds with a max one block delay (due to private TXs or RPC usage), and has over 100 individual monthly users.

The bot remains fee-free for the time being, to attract more users during this period.

We've fixed the bugs in our code for the leaderboards, but there's a minor server issue delaying the deployment. We're in touch with the provider to get this sorted ASAP.
