@premierleague I moved up to top 11% for my rookie debut in FPL finishing with 65pts. I don't think I could have done any better and I'm pleased with my GW1.

After that incredible derby between Chelsea and Fulham last night, my FPL team ended up in the top 11% of all teams. Pedro and Rogers synced with Palmer incredibly well in GW1, while Fulham capitalized brilliantly on weak play from Sanchez in Chelsea's end. He should have had that 1st goal - ugh. I don't know if Chelsea is looking for a new keeper and I don't like to judge Sanchez based on that performance alone. But their attack and command of the pitch on their breakouts and offense was nothing short of brilliant. It was impressive.

I like my Burn replacement in De Cuyper. I still have a million left in my bank for the future. I'm not sure why so many people have transferred out Porro and Konsa really? Especially Porro. He's clearly exhausted from the World Cup, but, I don't see it being long term, he had a 91% pass completion rate with 2 goals for Spain and his previous season stats are all trending upwards? He's clutch for the Spurs from everything I've read. I'm confident with him on my D.

With one more GW1 match to go tonight with Chelsea v. Fulham, this is how my first week has gone. Unfortunately, Big Dan Burn is out until September 14th with an ankle injury. I did transfer him out today, but, my new defender De Cuyper/Chelsea will not make his appearance until GW2 for me. I will only make one post per week for my FPL and discuss it in comments. I'm sitting at 40 points currently overall for the week, which is okay with me considering the mistakes I've made. Porro is expected to start against Newcastle next week, his fitness was lacking due to Spain winning the World Cup. I'm benching Konsa for GW2 since Arsenal has difficult (red matches), he didn't start the opener, and may not get the 60 minutes for the next couple of weeks.

@OreOfe60018 Always to the left and Hornicek knew it, I'm sure. Nice goal, but cocky celebration. Newcastle defenders let Hornicek down, they will have to improve and I don't mean Lewis Hall.
