This #NYTMCollection photo from May of 1972 shows a MoW (Maintenance of Way) Recording Car at Westchester Yard. This special car was the precursor to the Track Geometry Cars (TG1&2) that roam the system today to check for errors and irregularities on #NYCSubway tracks.
