@Lowes has been an absolute nightmare. My dryer died, so I went to Lowe’s because the model I wanted was “on sale.” Spoiler: this turned into the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. 1/14
@Lowes Unfortunately I can’t on here. The chat feature on X requires new passcode and it’s locked most users out nationwide. X wont let me in to chat right now. I’m going to dm you on instagram if that’s ok.
We’ve now had to block off three separate 4-hour delivery windows, over a holiday weekend, all because @Lowes tried to pawn off a damaged appliance.

Meanwhile, I discover Costco sells the SAME dryer at the SAME price — but includes free installation, haul-away, and hardware. That would’ve saved me ~$120 and all this stress.

I go to the store and explain everything to multiple employees. Finally a manager steps in and actually fixes it — processes an exchange and schedules another delivery for Tuesday. 9/14
My wife calls customer service. We’re told they can’t exchange it because this counts as a “second return.” The only option offered? A return and pickup scheduled for Tuesday.

Then I notice something else: the side panel looks popped back out. That’s when it hits me — @Lowes re-delivered the SAME damaged dryer that was rejected the day before. 7/14
I start my first load. After about a minute, the control panel goes completely dark. Dryer keeps running for a few minutes, then shuts off. The ONLY way to reset it is unplugging it — and it fails again every time.

The installer (who didn’t speak English) spends ~30 minutes troubleshooting, even swapping power cords, and finally gets the panel to light up. They leave. 5/14
Sunday delivery: a different team shows up. They disconnect and remove my old dryer and install the “new” one. The control panel doesn’t work at all. 4/14
Saturday delivery: the delivery team pulls the dryer off the truck and immediately notices the entire left side is badly dented, like it took a serious fall. They refuse delivery and send it back. Good call — or so I thought.

@BVTech@treywallace Pavia is out of eligibility and he is not fighting for anymore. This is the lawsuit that allowed him to play this last season. He is continuing the lawsuit for all those players behind him.
@NextRoundLive You’re leaving out the entire point behind the AQ’s, the conference playoff games the week before. The ACC, Big10, Big12, and SEC will play championship game 1v2 with both being AQ’s, the 3v5 and 4v6 with winners getting the AQ. This makes conference play important
