It displays a word, you indicate if that is a “good” word or “bad” word, and then it displays a face and you indicate if that face belongs to a black person or a white person. The sides then flip halfway through.

In terms of limits absolutely not. Highest qualified individuals and equal opportunity dont need to be incongruous

@jorjorward DEI is NOT based solely on skin color. If that’s your perception then it’s worth revisiting. I’ve attended DEI classes and race is only one piece. The focus is on respecting differences, being conscious of our unconscious biases and create equitable/inclusive spaces for all.

@jorjorward You didn’t answer either of my questions, but that’s ok. Another based on the chart. What is the representation of African Americans in practicing physician roles? About 5%. Blacks make up about 13% of the population. They are underrepresented.
