It might feel extra hard to reach out for help today because it’s Christmas. But please know you don’t have to face anything alone. Please don’t struggle in silence, if life feels tough, we’ll face it with you. We’re here all day and night 💚
Earlier this month, Durham Samaritans were invited to attend Durham Cathedral for a Service of Reflection for those touched by suicide. Volunteers gave out prayer cards, carried a candle, read a prayer and offered support to those that needed it following a very moving service 💚
Reminder: We're here for you 24/7, 365 days a year, no matter the weather ❄
