@mightysun1 @ASUS_ROGNA @ASUSUSA @amazon @AmazonHelp Well you would expect a reputable company like @amazon to appropriately handle such a situation instead they asked for a police report then gaslit me that it was definitely in the box which it was not and have yet to properly handle the situation.

@ASUS_ROGNA @ASUSUSA I ordered a laptop from @amazon the box that was shipped to their fulfillment center had no laptop in the box only dumbbells and toilet paper and a water bottle. It had a manufacturer seal on the box help me. Do the right thing @AmazonHelp said it was in the box it wasn’t and they’re holding me responsible for an error on your part.

Well, I ordered a strix g16 with the 5070ti when I opened the box, they still had the manufacturer seal on it. There was no laptop just dumbbells toilet paper and a water bottle and Amazon swears out that it was in there when it left their fulfillment center however, how did they check? They just assumed they looked at the weight and imagined that that’s exactly how it should’ve been. They didn’t X to make sure that the computer was in there and when I let Amazon know, they restricted my account kept my money and still didn’t get me my laptop

They just keep referring me to an email that I can’t find. I need clarification on the replacement or refund since I never received the item I ordered and if my account is back to normal. I don’t need a long chain of emails I need simple answers and actions to make things right.

Paid $500+ for a new Strix laptop on Amazon. Opened the box: 8 lbs of dumbbells, a water bottle, and toilet paper duct-taped inside. No laptop. Amazon CS gaslit me: 'File a police report' I did that then 'It was in the box when delivered.' It’s been a month today since I ordered the laptop from@Amazon I’m still trying to resolve this issue with them the box that arrived had unrelated items to my order the dumbbells the water bottle they never offered to A-to-Z guarantee for refund or replacement @ajassy @AmazonHelp

@PlayOverwatch This was good however I miss the old overwatch cinematics they gave a backstory that gave an emotional response like Bastion’s or Reinhardt now we get comics and novels which don’t give me wrong are nice however a 6-10 minute piece of cinema would be inspiring for a new “Hero”.
