🚨 EVEN MEMO600 IS PUBLICLY DISPUTING JAM’S TESTIMONY

Jam testified that Memo600 went to Savannah and shot a music video after they allegedly had Quando Rondo’s location, supposedly interfering with what was planned.

Now Memo himself is responding, saying the video was shot five years ago and that Jam wasn’t even around him at the time, directly disputing Jam’s version of events.

At this point, it’s not just the defense questioning Jam’s credibility, even people he’s talking about are publicly saying his story isn’t true. 😭⚖️

🚨 DAY 5 LIL DURK TRIAL: JAM’S TESTIMONY TAKES ANOTHER TURN 👀

After recess, prosecutors continued questioning JAM about his conversations with Banks and the alleged shooting in Los Angeles.

🔹 PAYMENT FOR THE L.A. SHOOTING
JAM testified that he was not offered payment for the alleged killing in Los Angeles.

However, prosecutors brought up an alleged conversation in Atlanta where JAM acknowledged that it felt like money could potentially have been offered for something.

🔹 “FEDERAL FREESTYLE” 🎵
Prosecutors asked JAM about the song “Federal Freestyle.”

• He said it was recorded after the L.A. shooting
• The song appeared on Loyal Bros 2
• JAM said he was paid approximately $10,000 for the song
• When asked whether he believed he would have been on the song if he had declined to participate in the shooting, JAM said no
• He also suggested that declining could have put his life in danger

Prosecutors then asked whether the other individuals involved believed they would be paid. JAM said yes, pointing to a conversation involving Dede allegedly trying to determine whether someone was getting paid.

🔹 JAM, DURK & THE OTHER MEN
JAM testified that he considered himself close to the people involved after getting out of jail, but said the other men did not have the same close relationship with Durk.

The prosecution attempted to ask whether Lease had a close enough relationship with Durk to commit a murder for him, but the defense objected and the court went to sidebar.

🔹 KING VON & O-BLOCK
Prosecutors then shifted to King Von’s death.

JAM confirmed that King Von was an O-Block member and testified that Durk had discussed with him how O-Block handled Von’s death.

According to JAM’s testimony, Durk said they “let them do it” and that nobody did anything, instead running away.

Prosecutors then referenced the widely circulated video and asked JAM whether he saw people running from the scene. He said yes.

🔹 DURK, DUKE & “WHAT DID YOU DO FOR VON?”
JAM was also questioned about Durk’s alleged arguments with Doona Duke.

He testified that Durk repeatedly questioned what they had done for Von, while saying that he had already done something for Von.

JAM said Duke believed Durk was angry with him because of Fat Fat.

🔹 RICHO LAMRON BEEF & 2023 MESSAGES
Prosecutors brought up the alleged beef involving JAM, Dede, Durk and Richo Lamron.

JAM said there was tension because Lamron had beef with Boonie Moe, and they took Boonie Mo’s side.

The prosecution then displayed 2023 Instagram messages between Durk and JAM. JAM confirmed the accounts and acknowledged that the messages were related to the Richo Lamron situation.

A voice note was also shown, which JAM confirmed had been liked by Durk.

🔹 CHICAGO SLANG
The prosecution also questioned JAM about Chicago terminology.

JAM confirmed that “fo” is short for “folks.”

They then asked about the phrase “putting things on Moe” / “Lil Moe” JAM confirmed that term was used.

He testified that he, Durk and Dede knew Mo, while Houston allegedly did not, but they still used the phrase.

👀 A LOT OF THIS TESTIMONY APPEARS TO BE BUILDING THE GOVERNMENT’S ARGUMENT AROUND JAM’S RELATIONSHIPS, MONEY, MUSIC, AND HIS CONNECTION TO DURK AND THE OTHER ALLEGEDLY INVOLVED INDIVIDUALS.
