Emerging fungal pathogens are increasingly affecting our #urbantrees. Today, we began an infection experiment to test their virulence.

Exactly three years ago I started my PhD journey at the Forest Pathology Research Group Göttingen, headed by Eeva Terhonen. I wasn't sure what the future would hold but I was confident I would be fine as I immediately got good vibes from @ForestPathoGoe and @KaBlumenstein.
