🚀 SPACE X: Is This the Right Time to Invest?

The SpaceX investment story is getting even more interesting.

A new Motley Fool analysis looked at what a $10,000 investment in SpaceX would look like after its historic IPO.

📊 Here’s where things stand:

• SpaceX IPO opening price: around $150/share
• Current price: around $151
• Market value: around $2 trillion
• Shares are still roughly 9% below the IPO opening level
• At one point, the stock fell about 33%
• It has since recovered strongly
• Q2 revenue reportedly grew 92% year over year
• AI-related revenue surged 274%
• But SpaceX remains unprofitable
• Capital spending is extremely high as the company invests heavily in AI infrastructure
• The reported price-to-sales ratio is around 95×
🔥 And this is where the debate gets interesting.
SpaceX isn't just a rocket company anymore.
The long-term story includes:
🛰️ Starlink
🚀 Space launch
🤖 AI infrastructure
☁️ Cloud computing
🌍 Global connectivity
🧠 Advanced space technology
But there is another side:
A huge valuation means the market is already pricing in enormous future growth.
So the real question isn't simply:
“Is SpaceX a great company?”

“Is SpaceX's current valuation justified by the growth investors expect?”
