Tuba stated she was “happy and excited” to be attending the 61st International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival which she sees as one of the most important industry gatherings in Türkiye.

Presenting Işıl Yücesoy with an honorary award, Tuba was clearly emotional when she stated, “She sees the most beautiful things in a person and she hugs there. And you inevitably understand that you need to make it bigger. She doesn't say anything else, she just hugs there... As an actress in this country, I feel very proud to give you this award. Thank you for everything...

Upon receiving the award, Işıl Yücesoy recounted the first time she saw Tuba while playing in “Çemberimde Gül Oya”. “I went up the stairs, there was a young girl in front of me. It's like water, water, water... who are you? I said. That was the day I realized who she was. She proved to you very well who she was.”

Expressions of respect, affection and appreciation between two great stars of Türkiye.

As noted by many people, the photograph Netflixfr used to represent Kara Para Aşk was strange as it didn’t include Engin Akyürek. When it comes to this series it’s recognized that the contributions of both Engin and Tuba make the series what it is. And for me it’s a point not worth debating.
But…
It’s interesting that of the ten series highlighted by Netflixfr, Kara Para Aşk is the only one that was acquired by Netflix through a licensing deal. All the others were original content commissioned by Netflix in the last few years. Kara Para Aşk…a valuable licensing deal recognized by Netflix. All these years later…
