It's been 5 weeks since I havent been at the hospital, I wonder how many Post-Measles Paediatric cases there are right now. So many children suffering. I still remember one child now has Bronchiectasis cos of Measles. Was once a normal child. Sad.

I felt so sad reading one of the comments by a visiting Chinese ENT Specialist that I was attached to mid last year, on this article by SO. As a medical student, having been there & have seen the work & effort these people put in caring for our people is just 👌💯👏🙌

Almost all comments were just as most Samoans portray Chinese people - users, users, users! But I've seen these poor Chinese doctors work tirelessly everyday despite the language barrier, they still try. I know those bad comments dont speak for all Samoans but man 😔

The people complaining abt the new regulations for travelling to Samoa and how difficult it will b for them to meet them all - THAT'S THE FKING POINT. REDUCE ALL NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL. AND IF U CAN'T BE CLEARED WITH A COVID19 TEST THAN DON'T COME HERE. STAY WHERE U ARE.
