My father is a regalia gold card holder and has been a customer of hdfc since the past 20 years. No one in your bank is willing to come and open a normal “savings account” for me. The service is beyond pathetic.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares Hi, I have been trying to open a savings account at hdfc bank Rajpur Road, Dehradun branch. I visited the branch on 29 June 2026 wherein I was told that a person will come to my house to open the account despite me having all the documents.

The person promised to visit my house by 7P.M. No one came to open my account or even called me eversince. I visited dehradun again 24th july (friday) and I called the person again. Again no replies.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares I ordered food from chinese byte in gurgaon. Order id #242659066009579. My order was cancelled abruptly after 36 mind of placing the order. I was not issued a refund for the same. I sent an email to the swiggy team and my refund was denied??

I bought a watch from @armani a few months ago through @myntra. The watch is under 2 year warranty. My strap got suddenly torn off while pinning it on my wrist. Now it is claimed that the strap is not part of warranty.I seek redressal for my issue at the earliest without costs.

@Swiggy This is absolutely unacceptable and everyone ordering from your platform is unsafe. I ordered food for my mother yesterday in Bangalore and this is what happened. The delivery partner came to the flat and took the otp from her and then said that it is someone else's order

In the name of resolution what has been offered by your team is that they are unable to do anything since it was marked by otp.
This is my final warning. Please get back to me with a solution otherwise help me with your registered office address so that I can take legal action.

He never came back after that.
Is this the service I am expecting when I send someone for an old age person. Not everyone is a techie.

@dhruvrahtee People can be smart as well mr. Dhruv. I have no political bias but my own friends have cracked CA in 1st attempt, and there are many aspirants who have cracked UPSC in their 1st attempt.
However,beware at some points. His children can sue you for defamation and false accusation.

The manager challenged me to call the police and take legal action against me.I paid the amount.I wish to receive monetary compensation under sec. 73 of the aforementioned act.Moreover I wish to claim damages for the delay in order, rude attitude of the manager and mental agony.

This is a flaw in contractual obligation as per section 4 of Indian contract act 1872 which contains essentials of communication. Moreover under section 47,48,50 and 55 the order had to be delivered in time as it was prescribed.

I denied to pay any money for the same. Mr. Suresh Kumar who is “allegedly” the branch manager has showed me the worst ever behavior I have seen in the service business. When I denied to pay money I was told it is a bulk order. This is clearly a communication gap.
