2 seperate incidents early on, a flat tire and a spin, drops him back to 20th and he proceeds to drive all the way up to 2nd. If that race would have been about 5 laps longer, Rico might have been in trouble. Larson was on a flyer!

Can’t thank everyone enough for the opportunity to do some really incredible things this weekend, and all of the kind words that followed. I always dreamed of this moment, but never imagined it to unfold like this.

One thing I haven’t shared yet - my father has been hospitalized since last Monday, and went in for surgery quite literally as the green flag dropped on Sunday morning. He missed the entire race, and still hasn’t seen much of the weekend at all. My hope is he will be okay, and come out on the other side to see that his support of me to chase this dream was all worth it. For those who knew, thank you for the love and support. Our family appreciates it very much.

Thanks to @NASCARONFOX , @DirtyMoMedia and everyone involved for these chances.

My heart is with the Busch family, and I promise for as long as I have a voice, Kyle’s legacy will live on forever.

Just received a statement from Kyle Busch's family on the cause of his death:

"The medical evaluation provided to the Busch Family concluded that severe pneumonia progressed into sepsis, resulting in rapid and overwhelming associated complications.

"The Family asks for continued understanding and privacy during this difficult time."
