You’re right, there’s no reason to despair from the SCOTUS outcome, there are legislative options for ending birthing tourism. It could still be permanently remedied.

Trouble is, the current GOP Congress won’t do anything and we all know it. But the Democrats will do something about it when they take official control of Congress after November.

They’ll have something ready on day 1 that “aligns the statutes” with what the media narrative has defined as SCOTUS declaring unfettered birthright citizenship.
