I help men who are CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners lose 15-30lbs, manage stress, get strong, add muscle, and confidence without sacrificing valuable time
Eventually you start to see all of these distractions to your life as just life (CS Lewis)
So the sooner you can embrace that the sooner you can get down to the business of living
I Got My Dad a Gym Membership 10 Years Ago…
Didn’t know if he’d use it.
He was always fit, always athletic. But like a lot of people, life happened. Work, responsibilities, and time got in the way.
Fast forward to today—he’s 73 years old, still working full time, and still hitting the gym.
Not just going… but going at the crack of dawn before work.
I’m not saying this to guilt you into training. Not asking, “What’s your excuse?”
But if that question stings a little… maybe it should.
I just wanted to say—I’m proud of you, Dad. That’s it. No pitch, no call to action.
Just proud.

Training Your Biceps? Or Just Moving Weights?
Most guys butcher dumbbell curls and wonder why their arms aren’t growing.
Beginner Mistakes:
❌ Swinging the weight with your whole body
❌ Alternating arms nonstop like a seesaw
❌ Curling from the shoulder instead of isolating the biceps
How to Curl Like You Actually Lift:
✅ One arm at a time for better focus
✅ Lean slightly to align your body with the working arm
✅ Control every rep—no momentum, just muscle
Half-rep swinging won’t build your biceps.
Precision and control will.

Your Crunches Suck- Here’s Why
Most people think they’re training their abs, but they’re really just throwing their body around.
Beginner Mistakes:
❌ Laying flat on the floor
❌ Crunching from the hips, not the spine
❌ Using momentum instead of control
How to Do It Right (Like an Advanced Lifter):
✅ Use something to extend your spine—a yoga ball, a rolled-up towel, or a mat
✅ Focus on spinal flexion, not hip movement
✅ Control every rep, stretching fully before contracting
Better execution = better results. Train smarter.

5 Reasons You’re Leaving Gains on the Table
1️⃣ Your Training Intensity Isn’t There
Going through the motions won’t cut it. Every set needs intent.
If you’re not mentally locked in, pushing hard, and giving max effort, you’re wasting reps.
2️⃣ Your Frequency is Off
Training a muscle once a week isn’t optimal for growth.
Most lifters do better hitting each muscle group 2x per week—giving you more quality sets, more stimulus, and more growth.
3️⃣ You’re Not Training Close Enough to Failure
Stopping a set too early is the fastest way to stunt your progress.
If your last few reps don’t feel like a fight, you’re leaving growth on the table. Aim to train 1-3 reps shy of failure on most sets.
4️⃣ You’re Not Actually Using Progressive Overload
Doing the same weight, reps, and intensity week after week?
That’s not progressive overload. You need to push for more—more weight, more reps, more control, or better execution to force adaptation.
5️⃣ You’re Not Using a Logbook
If you’re not tracking your lifts, you’re guessing.
Strength and size come from consistent progression. A logbook removes the guesswork and ensures you’re improving every session.
Small details separate average from elite.

📣 Detoxes and cleanses are one of the biggest scams in the health industry!
❌ They don’t “reset” your body.
❌ They don’t “flush out toxins.”
❌ And they definitely don’t lead to real, sustainable fat loss.
1️⃣ Weight Loss Isn’t Fat Loss
Detox diets often lead to rapid weight loss, primarily due to loss of water weight and glycogen stores, rather than actual fat loss. This weight is typically regained once normal eating patterns resume.
2️⃣ Potential Energy Decline
Engaging in detox diets, especially those low in calories, can result in unpleasant side effects such as low energy, low blood sugar, muscle aches, fatigue, dizziness, and nausea. These symptoms can hinder daily tasks and activities.
3️⃣ Impact on Stress Hormones
While specific studies on detox diets increasing cortisol levels are limited, it’s known that inadequate nutrition and low-calorie intake can elevate stress hormones, potentially leading to muscle breakdown and increased hunger.
4️⃣ Metabolic Adaptations
Severely restricting calorie intake can signal the body to conserve energy, leading to a slower metabolism. This adaptive response can make long-term weight loss more challenging.
5️⃣ Natural Detoxification
The human body has efficient systems—primarily the liver, kidneys, lungs, and skin—that naturally detoxify and eliminate waste products. There is no compelling research to support the use of detox diets for eliminating toxins from the body.
Stop wasting time on gimmicks.
If you want real fat loss that lasts, focus on what actually works.
💬 Drop a comment if you’ve ever fallen for a detox trend—what was your experience?

STOP RUINING YOUR INCLINE DUMBBELL CURLS
If you’re doing incline curls, but your biceps aren’t blowing up, chances are you’re making these mistakes:
❌ Using too much weight – If your shoulders or traps are helping, you’re going too heavy.
❌ Swinging the reps – Momentum is killing your gains. ❌ Letting your elbows drift forward – Keep them locked back to keep tension on the biceps.
❌ Rushing the eccentric – Control the negative for max growth.
✅ Set the bench to a 45-60° incline
✅ Keep your shoulders pinned back – No rolling forward.
✅ Curl with full range of motion – Let your arms fully extend at the bottom.
✅ Squeeze at the top, control on the way down – That’s where the magic happens. Fix these, and you’ll feel your biceps working like never before 👌🏼🔥
Try it out and let me know if you feel the difference!

The More You Stress, the Harder Fat Loss Gets
When you hyper-focus on weight loss—every pound, every calorie, every fluctuation—stress goes up.
And when stress goes up?
Fat loss slows down.
Your body doesn’t care if you’re in a calorie deficit. It prioritizes survival.
High cortisol levels make it harder to burn fat, easier to store it, and can even mess with your hunger signals.
But when you zoom out, stress goes down.
You start seeing the big picture. You recognize trends instead of obsessing over daily fluctuations.
A bump in the road doesn’t feel like failure—it’s just part of the process.
Want to lose weight faster?
Stop stressing over every detail.
Trust the plan, stay consistent, and let the results take care of themselves.
DM me “STRESS” if you’re tired of overthinking and want a strategy that actually works.

Your arms look small? It’s not your biceps—it’s your triceps. Your triceps make up the largest part of your arm size, so if you want bigger arms, you need to train them right. Here are 3 key movements to pack on size:
1️⃣ Overhead Triceps Extension • Why it’s great: This movement puts your triceps in a fully stretched position, which is key for muscle growth. • What it does: Targets the long head of the triceps—the biggest part that adds real mass to your arms.
2️⃣ Cable Cross Extensions (Using two cables) • Why it’s great: Cables provide constant tension, maximizing muscle activation throughout the entire movement. • What it does: Forces a strong contraction at the end range, helping carve out detailed, well-rounded triceps.
3️⃣ Triceps Press Variations • Why it’s great: Pressing movements let you move heavier weight, leading to more overall muscle growth. • Some variations: Dips, Close-Grip Bench Press, and Machine Dips—all excellent for overloading the triceps with controlled, heavy pressing. This is a life sentence.
Don’t talk to me about a month, a year, or even five years of “consistency.”
Try two decades.
Day in. Day out. No breaks. No shortcuts. Just work.
Some goals demand more than just effort—they demand a new version of you.
Do you really want that? Are you really ready for that?
If you are, I’m your guy.
If you’re not there yet, that’s okay.

Struggling to grow your chest? You’re probably not training it well. If your chest is lagging, it’s not just about how much you lift—it’s about what you’re doing and how you do it. Here are 3 key movements to build a bigger, stronger chest:
1️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Press • Why first? Because the upper chest is the most underdeveloped part for most guys, and hitting it when you’re fresh ensures maximum output. • Why it’s great: Dumbbells allow a greater range of motion than a barbell, which means a deeper stretch and a stronger contraction.
• The benefit: More upper chest development, which creates that full, squared-off look instead of a flat, saggy chest.
2️⃣ Cable Fly • Why it’s great: Cables keep constant tension on the chest, unlike dumbbells, where tension drops at the top of the movement.
• The benefit: Maximizes chest activation, improves mind-muscle connection, and helps build that full, 3D look.
3️⃣ Machine Press • Why it’s great: Eliminates stability demands, letting you focus purely on pushing as much weight as possible.
• The benefit: Great for adding volume without extra joint strain, making it perfect for hypertrophy. Want a chest that actually fills out your shirts? Your cholesterol is high—now what? 🤔
Most guys wait until their doctor pushes meds before taking action. But you don’t have to go down that road. Here are 3 quick ways to lower cholesterol naturally (before it’s too late)…
1. Increase Soluble Fiber Intake
Foods like oats, beans, lentils, flaxseeds, and fruits (especially apples and berries) help lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol by binding to it and removing it from your body.
2. Prioritize Healthy Fats
Swap out saturated fats (like fried foods and processed meats) for heart-healthy fats like avocados, nuts, olive oil, and fatty fish. These help increase HDL (“good”) cholesterol and support overall heart health.
3. Move More, Sit Less
Regular exercise—whether it’s strength training, walking, or any activity that gets your heart rate up—helps improve cholesterol levels by increasing HDL and reducing LDL and triglycerides. Aim for at least 30 minutes a day.
High cholesterol isn’t just a number—it’s a warning sign.
Take control of your health before it’s too late. DM me “CHOLESTEROL” and let’s create a plan that works for you.

The dynamics of our leadership groups are so dynamic. We have guys who are just getting started in life at 19 years old and on the flip side we have so many guys who have lived more than twice their life. When you get the chance to help be a part of someone’s journey through life it’s special, especially when you can show up as a leader for them.
How to ACTUALLY Train Your Lats Lat Pulldown Edition The lats are responsible for shoulder adduction and extension—meaning its main job is to pull the upper arm down and back. But most people butcher the lat pulldown by turning it into an upper back exercise instead. Here’s what you’re doing wrong: ❌ Using too wide of a bar – This forces your elbows outward, limiting lat engagement and turning the movement into more of a rear delt/upper back pull. ❌ Using too narrow of a grip – This cuts your range of motion short, stopping your lats from fully stretching and contracting. ❌ Pulling your shoulder blades back – The lats don’t retract the scapula—they pull the elbows down. If you’re squeezing your shoulder blades together, you’re training your traps, not your lats. Fix it with these three steps: ✅ Grip slightly outside shoulder width – This allows your elbows to stay in the right path while keeping full range of motion. ✅ Think “elbows down, not back” – Drive them straight toward your sides to keep tension in your lats. ✅ Lean slightly back, but don’t swing – A controlled lean helps you pull into a strong contraction without relying on momentum. Dial these in, and you’ll finally feel your lats doing the work instead of your upper back taking over. Save this for your next session! 🔥 And if you want more information like this? Alcohol & Cortisol: The Hidden Stress You’re Ignoring
A drink or two feels relaxing. It seems like it helps you sleep.
But under the surface, alcohol is spiking your cortisol and wrecking your recovery.
Here’s what’s really happening:
❌ Cortisol increases for up to 24 hours – This keeps your body in a stressed state, making it harder to burn fat and build muscle.
❌ Disrupts deep sleep – Even if you think you slept well, alcohol wrecks REM sleep, leaving you groggy and sluggish.
❌ Impairs recovery – Elevated cortisol slows muscle repair and increases soreness.
❌ Increases cravings & fat storage – Higher cortisol levels drive hunger, promote fat gain (especially around the midsection), and make dieting harder.
❌ Lowers testosterone – Chronically high cortisol suppresses test levels, killing performance and muscle growth.
So, if you’re serious about your fitness, recovery, and results, it might be time to rethink that nightly drink.
Drop a “stress” in the comments if you want to optimize your training & recovery the right way!
