Have you ever seen the cells in the petals of an iris? I was taking some wide angle macro shots of spring flowers in the garden when I decided to go as close as I could to the flower and was blown away by what I could see. (Effective magnification is x15 at 36mm wide)

I’m starting a short series of photos on Bluesky showing what you can photograph without travelling too far. This one was taken 2 metres from my back door.
It’s great when insects pose for the camera! This praying mantis had just finished laying eggs – you can still see some of the ootheca that protects them attached to her ovipositor.
So @RevolutApp you’ve spent hours going through a legitimate payment I was making. I provided everything you asked for. The chat was then closed before you emailed me to say you think it’s a scam. If you are going to do this you should say why in the chat and let me respond.
