@SamsungMobile Would recommend extended warranty service for buying any new mobile phone from Samsung as my Samsung Fold 5 became obsolete after official software update with no recourse from Samsungs side. Beware and consider alternative options considering the price point
@SamsungMobile After the last software update, my Samsung fold 5 became obsolete. The wifi/bluetooth stopped working. Took it in for repair at official samsung shop in Amsterdam. After review, no hardware damage and a reset was done. Ultimately phone did not recover and became non-functional!!
