@looknorthBBC Awful. Know of school telling kids to wear v neck jumper in assembly during last wks heatwave. Another school locking toilets only allow free access break/ lunch,rest of time must go to central office for 1 of only 4? keys to toilets. Girl humiliated last week (4obvious reasons)

@bbchealth Took close family member to Grange A&E months ago, with 12 hours to see a Dr, yet didn’t notice a single drunk. Elderly lady collapsing while waiting & other very ill patients having to alert reception. Far more people waiting than seats, thankfully a free refreshment trolley.

@BPhysicswith Agree. My child is visually impaired. School can’t provide necessary 1:1 exam conditions & no suitable off shelf revision books from WHSmith etc. All revision material custom made by me for my child. Feel there should be 1 exam max per day & min 48 h ideally more between exams.

@PencoedCompHead May make the transition onto A level study harder for pupils. What is the rationale to move away from triple science, how does it benefit pupils, especially those with an interest in science / medical sciences, Uni entry, employment prospects, employers & the economy ?

@PencoedCompHead Agreed. Are all unis/courses, science industry bodies ( & employers) consulted ? We could learn from WBQ Adv skills, a 6th form study requirement for many. Great qualification yet not accepted as A level in some unis/ courses. Making it harder to compete with other UK students.

Pls help. Have disabled child taking WJEC GCSE u1 religious studies in Christianity & Islam 15th May.Can’t find WJEC Islam content on bitesize. Am I looking in wrong place ? Islam on other exam Boards on bitesize but completely wrong spec

@MartinSLewis Dub and subtitle. For someone partially sighted dubbing can work, for someone hearing impaired subtitles can work. Why not have both options ?

@bbchealth Laudable but should be means tested. Why shld wealthy families benefit from this when so many children are hungry or suffering with MH & SEN challenges with ltd support in schools. Huge lack of counsellors in schools (closed waiting lists 6 months +) and >3-4 months CAMHS
