I potentially found a bug that can affect Online dynasties. #CFB27

When setting up a Dynasty (tested online and offline), once the creator picks their team and the engine advances to the offseason, the CPU controlled-teams auto-buy upgrades (this is what caused our initial posted budgets to be incorrect). This means if another player joins the dynasty, they will be forced to accept whichever upgrades were auto-purchased for them by the CPU. Not cool.

The proper resolution would be is to not do these auto-purchases until AFTER the commissioner advances past the initial preseason.
