Update 1: SR 203 is fully blocked near Cherry Valley Road between Duvall and Monroe (mp 20) due to a collision.

Emergency crews are on scene & IRT crews are en route to set a local detour.

There is no ETA to reopen lanes. Expect delays in the area and consider alternate routes.

@wsdot_traffic @wspd2pio @kcroads What's the deal with SR 203 near Carnation? The water has been gone since Thursday night, the signs are gone, Duvall says its open, Carnation says it's closed, WSDOT says its closed... This is damaging the trust of people in this area.

CLEARED: SR 203 and SR 202 have reopened in the Fall City area.

SR 203 is still closed in two places:
- North of Carnation (MP 7)
- North of Duvall (MP 15-18)

A 1-mile section of SR 906 is closed (opposite side of the summit) after heavy rain flooded & damaged the pavement. This will be an extended closure as engineers work on a plan for repair. Homes, businesses, our maintenance shed & the state park remain accessible.

CLEAR: All lanes of State Route 203 are now open between the Fall City roundabout and just south of Carnation (mileposts 0-5).

It looks like SR 203 South of Carnation is back open, WSDOT has removed the roadblock.

UPDATE 3: SR 202 has reopened in both directions in Fall City. SR 203 between Carnation and Fall City remains closed due to water on the roadway.

Flooding between Carnation and Fall City is making commuting difficult. Expecting the water to keep rising and more roads to close closer to Duvall as the day goes on.

UPDATE: SR 203 is also fully closed in both directions from NE Tolt Hill Road near Carnation to SR 202 in Fall City.

Expect delays and avoid driving through standing water.

CLEARED: The collision on SR 203 at Fay Road NE has cleared. All lanes are now open.

This is a tree fall on a vehicle. Sadly one person has died as a result on the impact, a second is being airlifted to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. Thank you to Redmond Fire for their assistance.
