Well @qatarairways seems to be right up there with #overpromise & #underdeliver. 3 out of 5 times change of aircraft without the actual product sold, shoddy checkin and now a 4hour delay communicated last moment. You can claim #worldclass but the experience is a #comedyoferrors

Your airline on my flights from AMS to SIN has gotten a #royalflush in terms of what can go wrong #3strikes 1) class change 2)significantly delayed flight - communicated poorly & 3) mishandled & damaged luggage. @qrsupport @qatarairways I have just landed in Singapore QR944 after over 5 hours delays which was communicated last moment to now finding my bag got mishandled and is missing a wheel and misaligned and spending more time to file a report… looks like @qatarairways could really not get anything right.

@qatarairways Sure- I was on flight QR944 which a) had a chaotic delayed boarding and b) no Q suite but regular biz class. This could have communicated to the pass engers. Everyone was surprised inc the crew who thought we were made aware. Qatar has done nothing to reach out to us to explain.

Blue failure @KLM - waiting for bags +40min - seeing all passengers pick up their bags. See the message on screen, proceed to KLM desk who says- that’s not true. Need to wait another 20min. 0 empathy. It’s why I try avoiding flying blue because you always are left feeling blue
