@israelnewspulse We do not have the moral right, before ourselves, to remove the symbol of our country and our people!!!!! By doing this, we, first of all, betray all those who fell in wars and terrorist attacks in our Israel and look like hypocrites in front of ourselves.........
My grandfather is 93. Today, while we were visiting him and my grandmother at their home in Herzliya, his sister called from Paris on WhatsApp video. During the conversation she noticed I was wearing a Star of David. She told me that when I come to Paris I must never wear it under any circumstances, that I could be killed for it.
I calmly explained that I wear it everywhere, every day, without exception, and that I always carry a large folding knife. If anyone ever physically attacks me for wearing a Star of David, they will be stabbed in the neck.

THE “GENOCIDE” NARRATIVE IGNORES THE WAR BENEATH GAZA:
A new analysis by Verena Buser and by Avraham Russell Shalev of the @KoheletForum argues that Eyal Weizman’s depiction of Gaza’s destruction is built on a glaring omission: Hamas’s vast underground military network.
While cataloguing destroyed schools, hospitals and civilian infrastructure, Weizman largely ignores the hundreds of kilometres of tunnels, weapons depots, command centres and fighting positions embedded beneath them.
The result is not forensic analysis, it is a political narrative that treats every destroyed structure as proof of genocidal intent while erasing the military reality that turned Gaza into a 360-degree battlefield.

"I’m staying with you": three words that turned the late Liron Barda into a hero.
On the morning of October 7, 26-year-old Liron arrived at the Nova festival in Re'im for her job as the venue's bar manager. She was there to work, but in a single moment, reality changed completely.
When terrorists breached the site, the people around her began to flee.
Her friends urged her to come with them, too. They begged her to leave—to save herself.
But Liron looked around and saw the wounded—people bleeding, terrified, and helpless.
And instead of fleeing, she stayed.
She administered first aid, treated the wounded, and tried to save lives amidst the hell unfolding around her.
Then came the moment that became a symbol of her heroism: at the command post where the wounded were gathered, shouts rang out that terrorists were approaching and everyone had to flee.
Lying on one of the stretchers was an injured young woman whom Liron did not know at all.
In a frightened voice, she asked, "You won't leave me alone, will you?"
Liron could have gotten up and run. She could have thought only of her own life. But she looked at her and replied: "I’m staying with you."
Liron Barda stayed by that wounded woman's side until the very last moment.
Both of them were murdered.
There are people whose heroism lies in the choice they make at a moment when no one would have blamed them had they chosen otherwise.
Liron chose humanity.
She chose not to leave someone alone.
She chose to be a light amidst the darkest day the State of Israel has ever known.
Pictured: Liron in the last photo taken of her, tending to the wounded Bar Zohar at the Nova site command post.
In her memory.
Ariel Bibas would have celebrated his 7th birthday today.
As you may recall, Ariel was abducted from his home in Nir Oz on October 7, 2023, along with his mother, Shiri, and his infant brother, 9-month-old Kfir, while his father, Yarden, was abducted separately.
The funeral for Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas was held on February 26, 2025, after their bodies were returned to Israel.
We will not forget and we will not forgive.
May his memory be a blessing.

Masih leaves behind his wife and four children, including a son with thalassemia who requires regular blood transfusions.
