GoDaddy charged me for a service I was talking to them about, but never okay'd them to move forward. After my chat, they chatted me back saying the "accidentally" charged me for the service. There was never any confirmation to move forward. I think it's a tactic to charge you; like "oops, didn't mean to do that" wink wink. To their credit, they emailed me right away, but it's been taking an hour of my time because they continue to try and sell me on products.
