And I also want to say that we were fans of Psquare, no one brother is more talented than the other. They both completed and made each other which is why their solo careers never really took off. Please i hate when you people lie that Paul has more talent because that is a big lie
Was the Pastor who said the "president has done his best by giving orders and it's left the service chiefs to follow them" being a politician?
Does that Pastor deserve audience?
The oldest surviving photograph in the world was taken around 1826.
There's a photograph of Oba Nogbaisi, then Oba of Benin taken around 1897.
We have all seen photographs of Bishop Ajayi Crowther, Nnamdi Azikiwe, Obafemi Awolowo ...
Heck there's a photograph of Fela's mum, a woman born in 1900..
YET
There is not ONE genuine photograph of the man who's Nigeria's President from his birth till well after his University days.
A man supposedly born in 1952.
Who is Tinubu?
All of a sudden, Bola Tinubu did not attend Government College, Lagos, in 1970 after it was established that the school was founded in 1974.
He attended the school four years before it was established, and he is no longer an accountant with Deloitte after the firm said they don’t know anybody by that name.
His Occupation is now Politician.
And somehow, INEC is not disqualifying him.
Solid 7/10 take is fair, you can't rate it a 2/10 and calling Oriadé disposable is the real stretch.
You’re right that the tracks can feel a bit scattered, and yeah, most clock in under three minutes. But that doesn’t make it leftover scraps or pure TikTok bait. This is Davido in his “crown era” (Oriadé literally meaning the head that wears the crown / destiny fulfilled), marking 15 years with a tighter, more focused project than his usual 17-track runs. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel or take wild artistic risks it’s doubling down on what he’s always done best: feel-good, celebratory Afrobeats that works for parties, weddings, car rides, and big life moments.
Clash Magazine landed on the same 7/10 for exactly that reason: a seasoned artist giving people the Davido they already love love, gratitude, flexing, faith
without overthinking it. The global features (Black Sherif, Aya Nakamura, Leon Thomas, Mayorkun/Fola, etc.) keep it lively, and tracks like Already Falling (the clear standout you flagged), Julie, I Know Who I Be, and Yaya deliver the warm, danceable energy that defines his catalog. Short runtime isn’t a flaw here; it’s modern and replayable. No one needs another bloated album full of filler.
The “no central theme / leftover beats” critique misses the point. The theme is celebration of the journey and the crown. Some songs lean love, some lean lifestyle or reflection that’s how Davido albums have always worked. They’re vibe collections, not concept albums. If Amazing Grace and Julie share some DNA, it’s because he has a signature melodic lane that still hits. And production issues on Yaya (if the mix feels off in spots) don’t sink the whole project.
Bottom line: This isn’t Timeless-level peak or a revolutionary statement. It’s a solid, enjoyable body of work from a legacy act who knows his audience. Perfect for weddings, parties, and good times exactly the role a lot of people want from Davido in 2026. Cover art is fire, the music mostly matches the energy, and 2/10 is just noise.
What’s your actual rating and favorite track? Drop it let’s argue properly
@PhxAkin Self reported or not, the issue is that the offences were committed and they were serious.
If you feel okay with the outcome then don't state (or retweet) anything against Man City when their outcome comes out with no sporting sanctions.
