My first time being involved in the 48 Hour Film Project! ๐ฌ
This is a challenge for filmmakers where each team only has 48 hours to create a short film, from ideation until the final edit. I really enjoyed the process, and I hope I can join more projects like this in the future
Finally back to composing after a long hiatus. Life got a little sidetracked, with all the projects, teachings, and moving. But now that I'm making music, I finally feel at home ๐ถ
I'm thrilled to be returning to my alma mater, this time as an instructor. This is a huge milestone, especially since this is my first time teaching at the college level. But I'm ready to begin, and I'm so excited to share my knowledge with fellow musicians in this program.
Throwback to summer 2022, when I just finished my study in Digital Music Production at Langara College. It's such a privilege to study with all these wonderful and talented people. I came out of this program with new experiences and close friendships with fellow musicians.
After two years, I'm officially done with school. And it ends with a bang. I get not one, but two graduating awards! This is so surreal ๐ฑ Thank you BCIT for recognizing my hard work. And thank you to my classmates and all the faculty, especially to my program head, @Brian_Wiebe
I had the most fun interning for On The Mic Training. 5 weeks went by so fast! I learned a lot, and I met a bunch of super-cool and awesome people in the voice-over industry. Thank you so much for this opportunity, and I hope I get to work with you again in the future ๐ฅฐ
This is my first time producing a show with live music and an interview. And I really enjoyed the process. Check out the whole episode here if you're curious ๐

A few weeks ago, I got a letter from BCIT saying that I won The BCIT Foundation Scholarship and The Bell Media Awards. It was so surreal. And I got to share this with my friends and fellow award-winners. Thank you to BCIT, Bell Media, and my amazing Head of Program, @Brian_Wiebe
Today is my last day behind the mic at @evolution1079 . Well, at least for this year. It was such a great experience. From now on, I will take on more behind-the-scene roles, which I'm super excited about. So, as I always say at the end of my cast, "This is Dwiani, signing off!"
It's such an honor to be invited back to VIFF Amp this year. I get to meet and connect with professionals in film music, including film composers, song writers, music supervisors, sync agents, etc. I still have a lot to learn, so I'm super grateful for this opportunity ๐
Hey, this is Dwiani, and I'm gonna be on-air until 11 pm. I'm gonna talk about flying with your pet on an airplane. Have you ever experienced it? Let me know, and listen to me live here:

This is how I stayed sane and energized during late night on-air sessions. It's hard and lonely because most people have already gone home. But after a restful weekend, I'm ready to jump back again. Catch me live at @evolution1079 on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday night at 7-11 pm.
Hey, I'll be on air again @evolution1079 for the next two weeks. Catch me every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7 pm to 11 pm PST.
You can stream it here:

See you there!
The piano on the street is back! It's really hard to play, though. The keys are not bouncing back, and you can hear it's been challenged by the elements. But it's very popular, I can only play it for a few seconds because a lot of people want to play too ๐
This summer I got the opportunity to be a student blogger for @BroadwayWorld . I'm so excited to write for one of my favorite media companies. Check out my first post here:

Today was my first day on the @evolution1079 radio. I did news updates for every hour, and not only did I have to deliver the news live, I had to prepare everything that I will say on air. It was quite an experience, and I get to do it again tomorrow! ๐ @BCITRadioArts
If you have 10 minutes, listen to my podcast where I'll be sharing amazing stories about amazing people. In this episode, I sat down and talked with Jacob Foan, a half-deaf musician from the UK. Check out his story here: https://t.co/7vZvRK5jSV
