This guy went to the Balia (277001) post office Aadhaar Seva Kendra with an online appointment to get his sisters’ biometrics updated.

The officials there said Aadhaar updates would not be done for online appointments, adding, “Do whatever you want, post videos wherever you like,” and spoke to him in an extremely rude and arrogant manner.

According to UIDAI, if you have an online appointment, there is no need to stand in line. As for the queue, he had already been standing in line for about 40 minutes to over an hour.
