@WalderSports Celtics have the 11th most wins in the NBA against Western Conference opponents despite playing 20 less games against them than the western conference.
@TheDunkCentral@GilsArenaShow @WheelerJaylen Arenas only made the playoffs 5 times in his career and has an 11-20 record. He is best remembered for bringing guns into the lockerroom for a shootout. Talk about irrelevant. Why are we still letting this guy talk?
@ShanghajSharks I'm sure it has nothing to do with playing their 4th game in 6 nights and coming off a OT game last night and travel while playing a team who has had two days off and only played 1 game in the last 4 days.
@ZigSportsVoice Not just back to back, 5th game in 7 nights while Milwaukee has played 1 in the last four days and has had the last two days off. Screwed by the schedule
@RunItBackPhilly Ran the score up? Starters were pulled with 3 min left in the third. Were they supposed to just stop shooting and dribbled out the clock the last 15 min?
@Jbf76Furtado@ThePettiestLA KG hurt in 09 stopped the back to back title, and Perkins hurt in the 2010 finals stopped that one. A healthy Cetlics team wins three in a row easily.
@ThePettiestLA Didnt know Wade had the magical ability to keep KG and Kendrick Perkins from suffering season-ending injuries. (in Perkins case literally in game 6 of a finals). But I'm sure you didnt actually watch basketball during those years. Just see names and think you know.
@josh111520@paulpierce34 Hardly. Scoring wise sure, but you clearly only look at box scores. Not to mention you have no way to know how Pierce would have performed in that situation, so it's a pointless argument.
@josh111520@paulpierce34 That second best player of Wade's in that series happened to be the best player Pierce played with for the first decade of his career (Antoine Walker)
@Outlaws_GhostM@LegionHoops Too much recency bias for a lot of people. People forget just how dominant Dwight Howard was in his prime. Dude carried Jameer Nelson, Jason Richardson, Hedo Turkoglu and Rashard Lewis to an NBA finals.
@vevosuave Agreed, it makes no sense. Players dont win alone. To me it's the same as trying to compare players that played in very different eras of basketball.
@darth_b2@StoolGreenie Also, would you be saying the same thing about Jaylen, that he isnt a max player, if the Celtics didnt also have Jayson? I doubt it. Seriously. Dude just averaged 27 point per game as a No. 2 option.
@darth_b2@StoolGreenie Demar was definitely pennies compared to Kawhi. Hence why the Spurs won nothing with him and why the Bulls never will. And teams will pay exactly what they have to pay, and leverage plays a big part. Same reason the Heat will probably end up with Dame with Herro and scraps.
