creating a cash lane sa dulo ng service road almost near the smart connect and removing the cash lane in paso de blas might work.

this way wala na queue sa bridge sa service road mapupunta.

@rex_gatchalian i understand the de-incentive idea, since maliit kasi yung exit natin sa paso de blas, any little thing can affect the flow of traffic from all directions, traffic guys are doing a great job, hindi lang nila controlado yung dami parin na nag cash, kaya pag humaba pila damay iba

-nahaharangan na din yung sa rfid
-pag naharangan yung narrow opening sa exit, hihinto cars from the bridge, and lahat ng affected roads na meron car going to the exit.
