I just had to refund a client $1500 - because your service didn’t function how it should. And two months ago I had to refund a client $1000. Again, because your service didn’t function how it should.

@phonewagon I have had MULTIPLE issues with different phone lines not working properly. Specifically, many calls were not forwarding through to my clients. I’ve brought this to the attention of the Support team multiple times. And every time they say there’s nothing wrong.
