You can hire more staff all you want. If job satisfaction isn’t there, it will show. The workers will feel it, the system will feel it, and the results will expose you.

In fact, the harder you try to “fix” the system with shiny new toys and extra manpower, the faster people will shut down and stop functioning right at the point of your precious investment. That’s exactly how the body responds to more work without proper fuel.
