@CadburyWorld No, I was calling around 3pm. The recorded message about opening times in 2017 kept repeating. After 5 mins on my 7th attempt I got an option to press 1 to speak to someone but got cut off. I will try again though! If it still doesn't work can I book by email with this voucher?
