@DrChrisCombs Like the fwd flaps are already almost half deployed during an empty bay reentry. Theyre gonna need to get mych bigger flaps on there to offset the center of pressure enough to allow for real downmass capabilities. Either that, or theyre gonna have to move the header tanks.
