Check this program out. This program is designed for U12 soccer players, focusing on body weight movements, increasing athleticism (quickness and jumping), and preventing against injuries that can happen on the field.

This goblet squat variation can improve squat depth, reduce the stress on your lower back, and increase your ankle and hip mobility, allowing for a more comfortable squatting position.

🏋️♀️Heels Elevated Goblet Squat🏋️♀️
This exercise uses the regular goblet squat technique with the heels elevated using a slant box or smaller bumper plates.
With the heels elevated it allows for the torso to stay more upright, shifting your centre of mass forward, which will activate the quads more than a regular goblet squat.
Strength and conditioning can help:
- Develop strength, mobility, and power
- Improve performance
- Protect against injuries
- Learn new movement skills that can transfer onto the playing field

Plyometric exercises are max effort exercises like a box jump or medicine ball slam. Since they are max effort you don’t need a high volume of these movements.
