@BCFerries arrived at HSB at 4:45pm with ample time to ensure I'd make the 6:35 sailing to Langdale. Congestion and running late as is normal it appears I'll be on the 8:45 (9:45 really). 5 hour wait for a weekday evening!??? Figure it out and fix it already!!!

@BCFerries Your current conditions don't mean anything. In the course of 15 minutes while I waited in line I watched it go from 26% to 18% and back up to 35%. When you keep 1/3 of the cars outside the toll until 30 minutes before departure how can you honestly report those conditions?
