We filed this emergency motion yesterday.

It's important.

It's to help Vinco Ventures get NASDAQ status back (during this 7-day window) that BoD so carelessly let delist to OTC, & down to this lesser market where there's limited liquidity & inability to buy and sell.

It indicates that the defense withheld very important material information from the court, Judge Allf and shareholders. This is serious.

I pray the court will see the defense's intent was as we knew, that they are never forthright and have been trying to delist to bankruptcy to hide their schemes.
