@GraceRandolph I think this movie looks fun. There’s nothing wrong with FUN! The CGI is fine and I’m sure the story is good. As a Marvel fan I’m still gonna see this opening weekend. I already expect assholes to complain about everything with this movie just because it has 3 female leads 🙄
John Romita Sr. was a pillar of the Marvel Universe, and his talent defined decades of Marvel's most well-known stories and characters. The Marvel family has lost one of its legends, and we mourn the loss of a creative giant. Our hearts are with his family and loved ones.
I DO NOT like how Sue is still being portrayed as just a “woman” who doesn’t really add much to the team. Reed and Ben brush off her feelings for a lot of this arc and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Does anyone know when she starts to get written better?? 2/2
Read Fantastic Four 40 - 50 & Annual 3. I really liked this arc! I felt like I was able to clearly see the characters’ personalities. Reed’s detachment/arrogance really shined here when he was more focused on fixing an issue rather than attending to Sue. 1/x
I was notified by an fellow artist that this happened. Not only my art was used for intends I never agreed to, nor @Marvel I guess, it's the fact that the they don't have any problem recognizing it.
Now what should I do?
I think that the Agents of Atlas should be an Asian led team, the West Coast Avengers a Latine led team and the Ultimates a Black led team. With rotating members each run and these books would be home's for BIPOC characters that aren't being used and so they can still have stories
@ComicBookHerald I have spent countless nights creating a list that spans from the 60s till now. I’ve been putting more effort into creating than actually reading lol
@MidnighterBae I’m a mixture of My Marvelous Year reading order, along with @ComicBookHerald’s “25 Essential Trades to Marvel Comics from 1961 to 2000” after the 2000s have several reading orders combined, but at the rate I’m going I won’t get there 10 years from now lol.
My goal was to read Marvel comics from the 60s to the present, but I’m having a hard time getting though the 60s. I kinda wanna fast forward to the 70s (Claremont X-Men) and start from there. Unfortunately, my perfectionist brain is telling me not to 😭
