WWE's current plans for Liv Morgan involve Stephanie Vaquer, but with Vaquer sidelined due to injury, those plans are on hold for now.

Liv's inclusion in the Queen of the Ring Tournament is largely to keep her featured until WWE can move forward with the Stephanie storyline.
