• 4 min KMs are a breeze ✅
Last race: 10K in 42 mins (4:10/km pace)
• Sub 20 min 5K ✅
Very close to sub 19, been a while since I went all out for a 5K
Down 60 lbs since last fall 📉
Might be the most lean I’ve ever been
• Half Marathon ✅
My final fitness update for 2024 (unless I get one final run in):
Today I chalked up some 4 min KMs 🏃
• Going to have to work hard at intervals
• Goal of mine to push that pace in 2025 (sub 20 min 5k)
Down 42 lbs in 4.5 months 📉

Tough few days running:
- Missed sub 21 min 5K by 15 seconds
- Long run absolutely torched my meniscus. Rocking the compression and ice all day today 👌
Back at it tomorrow.
