@webeunruly You can try tiring her out in the evening or winding dwn, at a certain time give her tea, put on her pjs etc & at the time you want her to go to sleep you go to bed turn off the lights so you’re basically saying it’s bedtime. All kids are diff but that’s what I did with my son.
