कुत्ता कुत्ता ही होता हैं, इसीलिए विदेशी कुत्ते से बेहतर है की भारतीय कुत्ते को पालिये और घर नही पाल सकते तो सड़क पर देख रेख कर दीजिए।
इस देश में इतनी मामूली सी बात भी कोई नेता नही बोलेगा!
नागरिकों को देश हित में स्वयं अच्छे अच्छे निर्णय लेने चाहिए!

पूरा मामला दिल का है, सड़क पर dog potty करे तो उसे मार पड़ती है और किसी की दस लाख की कार में dog Potty करे तो उसे प्यार करने वाला बोलता है “कोई नही, मैं साफ़ कर दूँगा”
देश के नागरिकों को स्ट्रीट dogs से प्यार करवा दिया जाए तो Dog cruelty पर पूर्णविराम सम्भव हैं!

@narendramodi @nstomar अगर हम दो नसबंदी करे हुए भारतीय श्वान हर खेत में अनिवार्य रूप से पालने का निर्णय ले तो ये श्वान रोटी का क़र्ज़ अदा करते हुए खेत की फसल की सुरक्षा करेंगे और जंगली जानवर खेत की फसल को नुक़सान नही कर पाएगा।
शहर की सड़क पर जी रहे कुत्ते की आबादी भी क़ाबू होगी।

क्या आपके शहर में भी कुत्ते के विषय पर कोई भी जागरुकता नही कर रहा है और फिर उसी जागरुकता की कमी के चलते नागरिक कुत्ते पर क्रूरता कर समाधान ढूँढ रहे है?
System अगर नागरिकों को जागरुक करे तो Dog cruelty ख़त्म हो जाए और Dog population क़ाबू में आ जाए!
