Shopify should do better. You don’t delist an app while a partner is working and communicative. It’s wrong.
Our team was contacted by the app audit team, we responded immediately and worked to resolve it. While we see that the auditor is having an issue, our team is working to resolve it. Delisting us is a gross way to treat a loyal partner.
It’s the sheer lack of consideration that makes me hate being part of this community sometimes.
@PayPal and @AskPayPal you just lost a customer who had an account for almost two decades. Congrats for truthfully being one of the scummiest companies I ever had to deal with. Shame on you all.
Does it even matter? The obsession with privacy is a waste of time since unless you want to live on an island and avoid humans your privacy will be attacked. Master card, Visa and Amex all sell data as well, and are privvy to all your purchase data. So while apple might claim they aren’t collecting it, someone else is certainly collecting it.
