#LASSO a new method for ultra-selective isolation of biomolecules (DNA, RNA, or protein).
This method uses a unique polymer phase separation mechanism to gently capture and pull down specific target sequences.
Reconfigurable microenvironments uncover #mechanosensing timescales and direct #cell polarity.
