Good news! @EllieBlack_ will be back in competition on August 3, according to @gymcan1#Tokyo2020
The 25-year-old from Halifax had sprained it less than a month before the Olympics began, and pulled from the women's individual all-around in order to rest.
Ellie Black always has Brooklyn Moors’ back(pack) ❤️🎒
Canadian Ellie Black had to withdraw from the all-around final due to an ankle injury but wanted to make sure Moors was always reminded of her support
All the dedication, hard work, resilience, and sacrifices… All of it paid off! What an incredible showing @brooklynmoors had at the Olympics! Congratulations to this incredibly inspirational Celtic! #TeamCanada@WellingtonCath
