@AmericanAir @AmericanAir out two children are ages 5 & 8 and my wife and myself had to sit a row behind, across and two people away from them. This is not the way to travel with a 8 year old and especially a 5 year old. Shame on you @AmericanAir this will go to the DOT.

@AmericanAir there were multiple people on this flight complaining about this AmericanAirlines employee after scanning passes, waiting in line to board the plane. This women was out of line and should not be at the gates if she is going to talk and act like this on customers.

@AmericanAir the American employee at the airport entrance which we have the name for was giving eveyone attitude and even the elderly customers… she did not help or want to do anything to accommodate the policy. We could have been offered a differnet row, or something.

@AmericanAir we just traveled with American Airlines last minute with 2 children under the age of 14. According to American Airlines policy and I believe the DOT the children were supposed to to be sat with one of us (the parents) at no charge. My kids sat next to stranger.
