@virginmedia I think it’s called the mix bundle. The only channels I receive now are channel 4, ITV & 5, nothing else. Error code 7400 is on the screen too. I haven’t received a new box & I think I should have received a landline phone also

@virginmedia I downgraded my tv package two weeks ago. Installed the new hub yesterday & can’t receive any tv channels now. Spent an hour on the phone this morning trying to sort it only to be cut off (not that it was making any difference). Left in limbo now
