This is the diet that I’ve been doing. It takes some time but it shows results

-One teaspoon of honey at 6am
-One 8oz parfait at 10:30am
-For lunch time, a small ham and cheese sub with 1 apple/banana
-For dinner, I usually rotate meals throughout the week, but the restrictive meals thru the day give me freedom to choose any supper that is below 1000 calories
